No Refunds — All Sales Are Final.

Due to the digital nature of our products, SwiftCap EAs does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances. Once your license key has been delivered, the sale is considered complete and final.

Why No Refunds?

Our products are digital software (Expert Advisors) delivered instantly upon purchase. Once a license key is generated and sent, the product cannot be "returned." Trading results depend on factors entirely outside our control, including market conditions, broker selection, account size, and individual trading decisions.

Subscription Cancellation

Chargebacks & Disputes

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us directly will result in immediate and permanent revocation of all licenses associated with your account. Please contact us first at team@swiftcapeas.com — we are happy to assist with any billing concerns.

Exceptions

Duplicate charges or technical billing errors caused by our system will be reviewed and corrected. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact team@swiftcapeas.com with your order details.
