Return & Refund Policy

No Refunds — All Sales Are Final.
Due to the digital nature of our products, SwiftCap EAs does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances. Once your license key has been delivered, the sale is considered complete and final.
This Policy Applies To
- All one-time (lifetime) purchases
- All monthly subscription payments
- All quarterly subscription payments
- All bundle purchases
- Partial billing periods after cancellation
Why No Refunds?
Our products are digital software (Expert Advisors) delivered instantly upon purchase. Once a license key is generated and sent, the product cannot be "returned." Trading results depend on market conditions, broker choice, settings, and other factors outside our control — performance is not a valid basis for a refund.
Subscription Cancellation
- Cancel through your Whop account or SwiftCap dashboard at any time
- Cancellation stops future billing immediately
- The EA continues in manage-only mode until the end of your billing period
- No refund is issued for the remaining time in the current billing period
Chargebacks & Disputes
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us directly will result in immediate and permanent revocation of all licenses associated with your account. Please contact us first at team@swiftcapeas.com or via Discord to resolve any billing issues.
Exceptions
Duplicate charges or technical billing errors caused by our system will be reviewed and corrected. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact team@swiftcapeas.com with your order details and we will investigate promptly.
