1. Products & Licensing

SwiftCap EAs provides automated trading software (Expert Advisors) for MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 platforms. Each purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Software on the number of trading accounts specified in your plan. All purchases are processed through our authorised reseller, Whop.

2. No Financial Advice

SwiftCap EAs is a technology company that develops automated trading software. We are NOT a financial advisor, broker, or investment firm. Nothing we provide — including our Software, website content, Discord messages, or any other communication — constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to trade any financial instrument. You are solely responsible for all trading decisions.

3. Trading Risk Disclaimer

Forex and CFD trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. Past performance of our Software is not indicative of future results. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.

4. No Guarantee of Profits

We make no guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding the profitability or performance of our Software. Results vary based on market conditions, broker selection, account funding, VPS configuration, and user settings. Testimonials and past results do not guarantee future performance.

5. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Due to the digital nature of our products, once a license key has been delivered, the transaction is considered complete. See our Refund Policy for full details.

6. License Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Share, resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Software or your license key
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Software
• Use the Software on more accounts than your license permits
• Use the Software for any illegal purpose

Violation of these terms may result in immediate license revocation without refund.

7. Subscription & Cancellation

Monthly and quarterly subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time through your Whop account or SwiftCap dashboard. Upon cancellation, the Software will enter manage-only mode at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.

8. Updates & Support

All active license holders receive Software updates and access to our Discord community. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any product at any time. Support is provided on a best-effort basis and is not guaranteed to resolve all issues.

9. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your license key and dashboard credentials. We are not liable for unauthorized use of your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SwiftCap EAs, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software. This includes, but is not limited to, trading losses, lost profits, and data loss. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Software in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SwiftCap EAs from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Software or violation of these terms.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
