SwiftCap EAs provides automated trading software (Expert Advisors) for MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 platforms. Each purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Software on the number of trading accounts specified by your plan.
SwiftCap EAs is a technology company that develops automated trading software. We are NOT a financial advisor, broker, or investment firm. Nothing we provide — including our Software, website content, set files, Discord community discussions, guides, or any other communication — constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to trade. All trading decisions are made solely by you.
Forex and CFD trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. Past performance of our Software is not indicative of future results. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. You should only trade with money you can afford to lose. By using our Software, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for your trading decisions and their outcomes.
We make no guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding the profitability or performance of our Software. Results vary based on market conditions, broker selection, account funding, settings, and other factors beyond our control. Any performance data, backtests, or results shared on our website, social media, or community are for informational purposes only and do not guarantee future performance.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Due to the digital nature of our products, once a license key has been delivered, the transaction is considered complete. For subscription plans, you may cancel at any time to prevent future charges, but no refund will be issued for the current or any previous billing period.

Monthly and quarterly subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time through your Whop account or SwiftCap dashboard. Upon cancellation, the Software will enter manage-only mode — it will not open new trades but will manage existing positions until closure. No partial refunds are issued.
All active license holders receive Software updates and access to our Discord community. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any product at any time. Support is provided on a best-effort basis through our Discord community and contact channels.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your license key and dashboard credentials. We are not liable for unauthorized use of your account resulting from your failure to protect your login information.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SwiftCap EAs, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our Software, including but not limited to trading losses, lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SwiftCap EAs from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Software or violation of these terms.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
